The Mahler Orchestra is a new orchestra which aims to rehearse and perform all of Mahler's Symphonies in and around the beautiful town of Malvern in Worcestershire.

We are made up of some of the finest amateur musicians in the Midlands and beyond.

The orchestra has been formed by Daniel Neville, a musician from Malvern. Daniel lived in London in the late 1990s and whilst there, played viola in the London Shostakovich Orchestra and it was here that the idea of eventually forming a Mahler Orchestra was born.

Daniel has been a huge admirer of Mahler's music for many years and has himself performed several of his Symphonies, including a performance of the 3rd Symphony at the BBC Proms with the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain.
